I specialize in supporting neurodivergent individuals and couples, particularly those who are late-diagnosed autistic and/or ADHD. My approach is centered on helping you understand and embrace the unique nature of your brain while developing tools to build resilience in the face of life’s challenges.
Too often, neurodivergent people grow up in invalidating environments that heighten stress, suppress self-expression, and leave lasting emotional imprints. Without the tools to process and release these imprints, they can remain stored in the body as unresolved emotional energy, continuing to shape emotions, behaviors, and self-perception.
To support deeper healing and self-actualization, I integrate Havening, a neuroscience-based technique that facilitates deep emotional processing and nervous system regulation. By leveraging neuroplasticity, Havening helps release stress stored in the body, allowing you to break free from outdated emotional patterns and step into your most fully realized self. Through this work, you can cultivate greater self-acceptance, ease, and authenticity—creating a life that feels more aligned, meaningful, and free.
